Product overview
The IZI Brothers swingarm for Sur-Ron Light Bee does not just complete the bike, it replaces what matters most. Built for riders who actually push, this 6061-T6 aluminum swingarm for Light Bee X and Light Bee L1E delivers a noticeably stiffer, more stable, and more precise rear end than the stock arm.
Construction is made to take real load. The forged side arms are then CNC machined, and the center is a extruded section also finished on CNC. Everything is welded into a monoblock and then heat treated. The result is a swingarm that holds its line, takes abuse, and does not twist when the pace goes up.
Compared to the stock Sur-Ron swingarm, you get roughly 3.5x more stiffness for only about +400 g. That stiffness changes the bike immediately: cleaner tracking under braking, more precision in corners, and a rear end that stays planted on throttle. Geometry follows the original Light Bee lines but adds +10 mm ride height, improving rider position, stability, and rear-end feedback in enduro, on dirt, or through the city.
The pivot is upgraded too. OEM bearings are replaced with needle roller bearings paired with friction bushings. You gain better guidance, more suspension sensitivity, and long-term stability, especially when the bike lives in dust, mud, and repeated washing. Less play, more consistency, and a wheel that stays exactly where it should.
This swingarm is designed exclusively for Sur-Ron Light Bee X and Light Bee L1E. It works with IZI Brothers components (chain tensioners, shock axle, chain guide, titanium rear axle) as well as OEM parts and most aftermarket parts built for this chassis. It is the solid foundation you build your Light Bee around.
