Shipping policy
1. Shipping origin
Orders are shipped from France.
High-volume B2B orders may be shipped directly from our factory in China. This option is confirmed on a case-by-case basis with the dealer or distributor before order validation.
2. Shipping destinations
We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and internationally. The list of available countries is displayed at checkout.
If your country does not appear, contact us: some destinations are handled on a quote basis.
3. Processing and transit times
Processing: 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Transit times are indicative, excluding customs clearance and carrier delays:
- Mainland France: 1 to 2 business days
- Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland): 2 to 5 business days
- International: 3 to 10 business days depending on destination
These timeframes are estimates. No specific delivery date is guaranteed.
4. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination. The exact amount is displayed before payment.
Shipping is free above a minimum order threshold. This threshold varies by shipping zone and by customer type (individual or business). The threshold applicable to your order is shown at checkout.
5. Taxes and customs duties
Individuals within the European Union
VAT is included in the displayed price. No additional fees on delivery.
Individuals outside the European Union
Customs duties, import VAT, and clearance fees are included in the price. No additional fees on delivery.
In some cases, the carrier may request documents or identity verification to complete customs clearance. The customer must respond without delay. Otherwise, delivery may fail and fees may apply (return, storage, destruction).
Businesses within the European Union
Shipped from France. Invoiced excluding VAT with intra-community VAT reverse charge, subject to a valid VAT number. Otherwise, applicable VAT is charged.
Businesses in the United Kingdom and Switzerland
Shipped from France. Invoiced excluding VAT. Import duties, import VAT, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Businesses outside Europe
Shipped from France, or directly from our factory in China for high-volume orders. Import duties, import VAT, customs fees, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility, acting as the importer of record.
6. Order tracking
All parcels are shipped with tracked and signature-required delivery.
A confirmation email with tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
7. Receiving and damage
Inspect the parcel before signing.
Visible damage on delivery
- Refuse the parcel if the damage is major (crushed box, visibly broken product).
- Or accept it with detailed written reservations on the carrier's delivery slip, describing the damage observed.
A generic mention such as "subject to unpacking" has no legal value and will be rejected by the carrier.
Without reservations or refusal on delivery, the parcel is considered delivered in good condition, and any later claim for visible damage becomes very difficult.
Hidden damage, internal breakage, or missing product
Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, through our contact form, with photos of the parcel, the delivery slip, and the products concerned.
Parcel not received
If tracking shows a delivery not received, or if no tracking movement is recorded for more than 15 days after shipping, contact us. An investigation is opened with the carrier.
For any return or refund request, see our Refund Policy.
8. Missed delivery, incorrect address, or parcel refusal
Missed delivery
Signature-required delivery requires the customer's presence or that of an authorized third party. In case of absence, the parcel is held according to the carrier's procedure (post office, pick-up point, or re-delivery attempt) for 15 calendar days.
After this period, the parcel is returned to the sender. Return fees and, where applicable, reshipping fees are charged to the customer.
Incorrect or incomplete address
The accuracy of the shipping address is the customer's responsibility. An incomplete or incorrect address may result in failed delivery and reshipping or return fees charged to the customer.
Unjustified refusal
If the parcel is refused without legitimate reason, return fees and, where applicable, redistribution fees are charged to the customer.
9. Responsibility during transit
This clause defines the point at which responsibility for the parcel passes from IZI Brothers to the customer in case of damage or loss during transit.
Individual customers: responsibility for the parcel remains with IZI Brothers until the physical receipt of the parcel by the customer.
Business customers: unless mandatory law provides otherwise, responsibility for the parcel is transferred to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Claims for damage or loss during transit are then the buyer's responsibility.
