Shipping

  • IZI Brothers ships worldwide from our fulfillment center in France. All taxes and duties are included for individual customers outside the EU (DDP shipping), with no additional fees at delivery. Standard delivery reaches most EU countries within 2 to 3 business days, USA and Canada in 10 to 15 business days, and the rest of the world within 15 to 20 business days.

  • Shipped from France. Delivery times by destination: France 2 to 3 business days. Europe, UK, Switzerland: 5 to 7 business days. USA and Canada: 10 to 15 business days. Australia: approximately 15 business days. Rest of the world: 15 to 20 business days. These are estimates from the dispatch date, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance may add 1 to 3 days for non-EU destinations.

  • A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships. Everything is tracked.

  • Shipping is free above 250 EUR per order. The threshold automatically converts to your displayed currency (USD, GBP, CHF, etc.) at checkout. Below the threshold, shipping cost is calculated based on destination and order weight, and shown before payment. No hidden surcharges at delivery for EU and DDP destinations.

  • Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen due to the carrier, customs, or unforeseen events. Start by checking your tracking updates. If something looks off, contact us.

Taxes and Import Fees

  • For individual customers outside the European Union, yes. Orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we cover import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. No additional fees at delivery, except in rare cases where local authorities request documents. For B2B customers outside the EU, shipments are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import costs and clearance remain the responsibility of the professional buyer.

  • IZI Brothers designs aftermarket performance parts for compact electric motorcycles: Sur-Ron Light Bee (X, L1E, LBX), Talaria Sting, and E-Ride Pro. Each part lists its specific bike compatibility on the product page. Some references, like the chain guide and axle blocks, are designed exclusively for our IZI Brothers swingarm and require it to be installed first.

  • Each product page lists compatible bike models and configurations under the Compatibility section. For Sur-Ron Light Bee, check whether your bike is X, L1E, or LBX as some parts differ. If your bike has aftermarket modifications (different swingarm, custom frame, modified geometry), contact us before ordering. Do not leave compatibility to chance: returns on installed parts are not accepted.

  • Most parts fit stock Sur-Ron Light Bee, Talaria Sting, and E-Ride Pro. Some references, like our chain guide, disc guard, and axle blocks for the IZI Brothers swingarm, require our swingarm to be installed first. The product page always specifies the required configuration before purchase.

  • Yes. The IZI Brothers chain guide, disc guard, axle blocks, internal nylon chain guard, and titanium rear axle for IZI swingarm are designed exclusively for our swingarm geometry. They will not fit the stock Sur-Ron swingarm. The product page clearly states this requirement.

  • We do everything we can to make visuals as accurate as possible. Minor variations may occur depending on your screen and display settings.

Installation & Support

  • Yes. All IZI Brothers parts are CNC-machined to spec, anodized when applicable, and shipped ready for installation. No drilling, filing, or rework required. Hardware is included where needed (titanium bolts, washers, pins). Installation should be carried out by a qualified motorcycle professional unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

  • Yes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, installation must be carried out by a qualified motorcycle professional. This is not a formality. It is a matter of safety: torque values, bearing fit, axle alignment, and chain tension all affect rear-end behavior under load. Incorrect installation voids warranty and can damage adjacent components.

  • Yes. Installation instructions are included with each product, with torque specifications, alignment notes, and component-specific procedures. Some products also have video guides on our YouTube channel. For complex installations like the swingarm kit, instructions cover bearing prep, axle insertion order, and chain tensioning.

Returns & Warranty

  • 30 days. Products must be unused, complete, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. For professional customers, all returns require prior written authorization.

  • Yes. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect product received from us.

  • No. Returns only apply to unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging.

  • Contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We handle it without delay.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is processed as quickly as possible to the original payment method.

  • Yes. Consumers benefit from applicable mandatory legal guarantees in their country. For professional customers, within legal limits, the warranty covers repair or replacement of products confirmed to have a manufacturing defect. Standard period: 2 years for individual EU customers. Warranty claims require photos, the order number, and the original installation context.

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumables (chain guide pads, sliders), or cosmetic damage. It excludes incorrect or non-professional installation, improper torque, insufficient maintenance, or missed periodic checks. Misuse, incompatibility, accident, impact, or extreme use (jumps, stunts beyond design specs) are not covered. Unauthorized modifications and use with incompatible or low-quality third-party parts also void coverage.

  • Yes. IZI Brothers parts are aftermarket, racing-grade performance components. They are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum or Grade 5 titanium, designed to handle higher power and harsher use than stock parts. These parts alter vehicle behavior, increase mechanical stress on adjacent components, and carry inherent risks at the limit. That is part of the game when riding aftermarket.

  • Unless explicitly stated on the product page, IZI Brothers parts are intended for off-road use, private track, or competition only. Most parts are not road-legal in their original spec. Local road regulations vary by country: some allow type-approved upgrades, others require homologation. It is your responsibility to verify local regulations before installing parts on a road-registered bike.
